Ryan Knighton

Ryan serves as the Senior Systems Developer at the Ohio Education Research Center (OERC). He earned an Associate of Applied Science in Digital Media Design from Central Ohio Technical College before continuing his education at The Ohio State University, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Ryan began his professional career at the Mathematical Biosciences Institute, gaining experience in research-focused technical environments. He later joined the Center for Human Resource Research (CHRR) at Ohio State, where he further developed his expertise in systems development and data-driven research infrastructure. Building on this foundation, Ryan ultimately joined the OERC team, where he now leads and supports the development of critical technical systems that advance the center’s research and data initiatives.
